Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Claims Support Assistant to join our dynamic team.In this vital role, you will provide essential clerical and administrative support to streamline the claims processing workflow.Your expertise will ensure accurate documentation, verification, and organization of claims.Claims Support Claim Assistant mailbox throughout the day and set-up in Odyssey system within time frame stated on the specific policies.Rushes should be processed within 2 hours of receipt.Follow documented SOP for FNOL steps.ISO:Handle State required reporting to comply with Child Support Lien Laws as soon as possible or within three to five days of receipt from Claim Adjuster's request.DCPAL Letters:Process letters according to documented workflow.Payments:Process attorney payments and other vendor payments as soon as possible or within five days of receipt of Claim Adjusters request, including issuing letters when required.Overnight Payments:Process upon receipt, send completed ticket to adjuster once IT generates tracking Underwriting Support/Submissions Clearance Enter/clear new business and renewal submissions in the Phoenix policy administration system.Complete policy status changes in the Phoenix policy administration system.General Operations Support Monitor Operations General Mailbox and handle all requests or forward to the correct contact.Upload premium finance notices and certificates to the Phoenix policy administration system.Assist with various Operation's related special projects Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
