Duties Safely operate clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment to load and unload shipments. Handle materials with precision using specialized equipment such as clamp trucks and order pickers to optimize storage and retrieval processes. Assist with order picking activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfilling customer orders. Conduct routine inspections and basic repairs on equipment to maintain optimal performance and safety compliance. Support warehouse management by organizing inventory within the warehouse distribution system and maintaining accurate records of stock movements. Participate in shipping & receiving processes, verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper placement of goods. Follow OSHA safety regulations diligently to uphold a safe working environment for all team members. Requirements Proven experience operating clamp forklifts, at least 1 year. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control and order processing. Prior warehouse experience with materials handling, shipping & receiving, and order picking is highly preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; familiarity with pallet jacks is a plus. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and documentation accuracy. Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to forklift operation and warehouse safety standards. Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
