Pay and Earnings Earn $0.52 to $0.68 CPM $6,000 to $8,000 Monthly Experienced drivers earn top pay with our tiered bonus structure: Base Pay: $0.52 to $0.60 CPM based on experience Safety Bonus $0.02 CPM Production Bonus up to $0.03 CPM Retention Bonus up to $0.03 CPM for drivers with past employer tenure More miles and more experience means more money in your pocket. Annual pay increases Weekly pay via direct deposit $2,000 retention bonus paid quarterly over 1 year Paid layover, detention, and breakdown pay Home Time: 1 day home for every week out 2 weeks out - 2 days home 3 weeks out - 3 days home How We Run: 11 Western states 10,000 - 13,000+ miles per month Consistent freight - if you want miles, you'll get them Pre-planned dispatch = less time at the dock 2023 or newer automatic trucks (refrigerators + fold-down bunk in every truck) Samsara electronic logs and drive cam cameras Fuel cards covering fuel, DEF, and scale tickets Professional, friendly staff available 24 hours Freight All freight is no-touch , with the exception of cookie loads (hand unload). Cookie loads pay an average of $250 - $300 per trailer unloaded, plus mileage. Utah loads are all pre-loaded - no waiting.
