Class A CDL Truck Driver – Commission Pay (Home Daily) Local Hauling | Home Daily | No Overnight Routes Granville, IL Variable Hours (Seasonal & Weather Dependent) 20% commission of load rates on gross truck revenue. Estimated annual earnings vary depending on workload and season. Wilson Ag LLC is hiring a reliable, experienced Class A CDL driver to operate a manual transmission semi truck hauling dump and occasional flatbed loads. This position offers local work with home-daily routes and early morning starts. We are a small, hardworking operation based in Granville, IL, looking for a dependable driver who takes pride in their equipment and work. Job Responsibilities Operate a manual transmission semi truck Haul primarily gravel, rock, sand, and salt Occasionally haul grain, hay, or flatbed loads Operate long dump and short dump (frameless) trailers Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain clean and professional equipment Follow all DOT regulations and safety standards Schedule & Work Availability Monday–Friday schedule Early morning start times Occasional Saturday work as needed Local hauling – home daily Hours vary based on workload, weather conditions, and seasonal demand. During peak season, schedules may be full-time; slower periods or weather interruptions may result in reduced hours or occasional downtime. Required Qualifications Valid Class A CDL with air brakes endorsement Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to operate a manual transmission Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic and punctuality Flexibility to work variable schedules based on operational demand and weather conditions Willingness to work early morning start times Physical Requirements Ability to climb ladders and access trailers/equipment safely Ability to perform inspections and secure loads Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Preferred Qualifications 1+ year experience with dump trailers or frameless trailers Experience hauling aggregate, grain, or agricultural products Experience with manual transmission trucks and dump operations strongly preferred Compensation 20% commission of load rates on gross truck revenue.
