Job DescriptionJob Description365 Freight USA is hiring entry-level and experienced CDL-A truck drivers based in Fishkill, NY for regional routes across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Compensation and pay-related details Competitive weekly pay: $1,400–$1,550 per week for new drivers Typical weekly mileage: approximately 2,500–3,000 miles, depending on account Performance bonus paid every 30 days Key benefits Paid training from the start for entry-level drivers Weekly or bi-weekly home time depending on account Brand-new Volvo VNL tractors and well-equipped equipment Drop-and-hook dry van freight for predictable loading/unloading Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match PTO and referral bonus program Primary responsibilities Operate commercial vehicles on regional routes across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required logs Deliver freight safely, on time, and in accordance with customer requirements Comply with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service rules Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers Minimum qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License Entry-level applicants: minimum 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school Acceptable motor vehicle record Ability to meet DOT qualification requirements and to pass required pre-employment screenings Additional information No prior over-the-road experience is required for entry-level candidates; training is provided.
