Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLocation: New Hartford, NY (regional routes serving the Midwest and Eastern United States, including the Northeast) 365 Freight USA is hiring entry-level and experienced CDL-A truck drivers for regional routes that prioritize more time at home while offering competitive pay, paid training, modern equipment, and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation and pay-related details Competitive weekly pay: $1,400–$1,550 per week for new drivers Typical weekly mileage: approximately 2,500–3,000 miles, depending on account and routing Performance bonus paid every 30 days Key benefits Paid training from the start for entry-level drivers Weekly or bi-weekly home time depending on account Brand-new Volvo VNL tractors and well-equipped trailers Drop-and-hook dry van freight for more predictable loading and unloading Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match PTO and employee referral bonus program Primary responsibilities Operate commercial vehicles on regional routes across the Midwest and Eastern United States, with operations based out of New Hartford, NY Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required logs Deliver freight safely, on time, and in accordance with customer requirements Comply with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service rules Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers Minimum qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) Entry-level applicants: minimum 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school Acceptable motor vehicle record Ability to meet DOT qualification requirements and pass required pre-employment screenings Additional information No prior over-the-road experience is required for entry-level candidates; training is provided.
