Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Class B Truck Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will operate 10 speed transmission trucks, to transport freight safely and efficiently across designated routes. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver goods promptly while maintaining the highest safety standards. Duties MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A 10 speed transmission Drive on assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure timely deliveries. Inspect vehicles daily for maintenance needs or safety issues; report any concerns promptly to maintenance teams. Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickup logs, route reports, and shift records. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues that arise during transit. Follow all safety procedures related to driving, cargo handling, and vehicle operation to promote a safe work environment. Requirements Valid Class B commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record. DOT medical card Experience in truck driving, including route driving and delivery operations. Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles. Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and cargo handling. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
