Primary Purpose The Clean Energy Solutions Specialist is responsible for engaging in consultative conversations with potential customers who have inquired about Generac's backup power products. Provides support by answering questions, addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and encouraging customers to schedule appointments as appropriate. Major Responsibilities Inbound Customer Engagement Respond to inbound pre-sale inquiries via phone, email, and web chat related to Clean Energy, Honeywell, GRID, and Generac products. Provide accurate, detailed product information to help customers make informed decisions. Customer Education Educate consumers on the value and benefits of working with an authorized Generac sales dealer for in-home consultations. Address customer questions and objections using solution-based selling techniques. Outbound Customer Engagement Conduct outbound calls to confirm program participation and follow up with interested customers. Gather additional customer information and connect qualified leads with authorized dealers. Re-engage past prospects and nurture ongoing relationships through proactive phone and email outreach. Sales Cycle Management Manage sales leads throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial inquiry to dealer handoff. Re-in
