Work Schedule:Friday to Monday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Job Overview:Join our team in a dynamic, fast-paced wood veneer manufacturing plant! We're seeking self-motivated, safety-minded individuals who are ready to work hard, learn quickly, and actively contribute to a hands-on team environment.Responsibilities:Clean areas around log processing equipment during both operational and non-operational periods.Remove excess materials such as bark, wood chips, and broken logs using shovels, rakes, and by stacking.Operate forklifts and skid steer equipment as required.Work primarily outdoors in all weather conditions.Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain excellent attendance.Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.Qualifications:Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Excellent attendance and punctuality is required.Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality.Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.Work Environment:Rainier Veneer is a softwood veneer and fiber facility operating in a production environment that can be loud, dusty, hot, or cold depending on seasonal conditions.The work environment is fast-paced and team-driven, where dedication, reliability, and strong collaboration are essential to success.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $25.61 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s):Are you physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly?
