Construction Cleaning Crew (Hotel Project) Location:Saratoga, NY Pay:$25.00 per hour Schedule:Monday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Job Type:Temp-to-hire Job Summary We are looking for two (2) dependable workers to perform final construction cleaning for recently completed hotel units in Saratoga, NY.This is a high-visibility project requiring a strong work ethic and a detail-first mindset to ensure rooms are move-in ready.Key Responsibilities Final Unit Cleaning:Deep cleaning of newly finished hotel rooms, including windows, sills, baseboards, and cabinetry.Surface Prep:Removing dust, debris, adhesive residue, and paint overspray from floors and fixtures.Polishing:Ensuring all stainless steel, glass, and bathroom fixtures are streak-free and polished.Debris Removal:Clearing any remaining small construction materials from the units.Requirements Punctuality:Must be on-site and ready to work by 7:00 AM on Monday.Detail-Oriented:Ability to spot missed dust or smudges to meet hotel quality standards.Physical Ability:Must be able to bend, kneel, and be on your feet for the full 8-hour shift.Transportation:Reliable transportation to the job site in Saratoga, NY.Safety Gear:Basic PPE (Safety vest, work boots) may be required.Benefits Great Pay:$25/hr.Straightforward Work:Clear tasks and a professional site environment.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$24.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Work Location:In person.
