Job OverviewThe Restaurant Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment at two restaurant locations.(Both restaurants are within walking distance of each other.This role works independently and completes all cleaning duties each weekday to ensure both locations are guest-ready and compliant with health and safety standards.Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to uphold a professional appearance Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the supervisor for timely resolution Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and prioritize high-traffic areas for regular upkeep Skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues effectively Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary Reliability and consistent attendance are essential Work Environment Exposure to cleaning chemicals, noise, and occasional outdoor tasks Requires travel between two locations each workday (Potential for one location with reduced hours) Pay:$17.00 - $20.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
