Fantastiklean is hiring! We are looking for 2 cleaners to add to our team. This is a full-time position. Valid CT Drivers license, work authorization and English language are required Please do not apply if you do not have these criteria. We are a fast growing company that does a lot of different work. Our jobs include: banks, offices, museums, homes, airbnbs, post-construction cleanups, etc. You name it, we clean it. This position is mobile, we work across the state but a company car is provided for traveling inbetween jobs. Our meeting point is in Wethersfield, CT. We start and end our days here. We are looking for someone who is kind, energetic, honest, a good team player, follows direction and has attention to detail. We are looking for people who want to grow with the company, this is not seasonal work or a part-time job. Must have experience working for a cleaning company. Cleaning your own home is not the same as working for a cleaning company. Availability: This is a full-time job. We start between 7am-9am and have work every day. Our employees must be available 5 days/week including time on the weekends. We have a full 40 hours available and if you want to work more, you can. If you don't want to, that's fine also. Training: We offer paid training that starts at $20/hour for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, we will assess your skill level and commitment and offer you a higher rate between $23-$25. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor job. You will receive a check each week but you are responsible for paying all state, federal and other taxes.
