Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of both commercial and residential properties must have your own transportation and insurance. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas by applying proper cleaning techniques and products Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed Conduct floor care activities including buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality and appearance Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked, organized, and used efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally Follow established protocols for sanitation and janitorial procedures to ensure compliance with health standards Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces including carpets, floors, and upholstery Experience with floor care equipment such as buffers or steam cleaners is a plus Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Nice-to-have skills include hotel housekeeping experience, housekeeper management background, or familiarity with sanitation regulations Join us in delivering exceptional cleaning services that make a difference every day!
