About us Finney Property Services LLC is a small business in Wilmington, NC.We are professional, fast-paced and growing quickly.Our work environment includes:Casual work attire Flexible working hours On the job training Seeking candidates to clean vacation rentals and residential homes in the greater Wilmington, NC area.In the Hospitality, Cleaning and Guest services industry your role as a team member would be getting Wilmington and Pleasure Islands hottest, high-end short-term rentals ready for incoming guests, serving current guests, and cleaning after departing guests.Qualifications:-Valid driver's license -Your own reliable transportation and be willing to drive to multiple locations per day -Have an eye for design, room aesthetics and staging -Be passionate about cleaning thoroughly and with attention to detail -Weekend availability -Flexible hours -Must commit to working on summer holiday week/weekends:Memorial Day, July 4, or Labor Day (holiday pay included) -Excellent customer service skills -Effective communication skills -Compensation for drive time between locations -Punctual, Reliable, Responsible -Ability to work independently and with a team -Commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred, but not required -Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies and proper techniques is a plus, but not required Responsibilities:-As a professional cleaner and hospitality specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' homes are clean, tidy, sanitized, healthy, safe, organized and inviting.-Report to admin team the status of each home including: inspect pillows, throws, shams clean, sanitize and restock kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas strip, wash, dry, and fold, restock or remake beds and towels and other linens treat stains, remove grime, and ensure all items are free of spots or stains from previous guests for incoming guests drive to different locations in your own vehicle vacuum and mop all floors stage the home in an aesthetically pleasing way or to match clients short term rental listing with photos be able to follow a detailed cleaning checklist and ensure all are done efficiently and to the standards of our valued clients Benefits:-Fun, adrenaline pumping job, no two days are ever the same, opportunity to make great money -competitive wages -weekly pay -Pay; $16-$18/hr -opportunities for professional growth in rapidly growing company Job Type:Part-time Pay:$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
