In this energetic role, you'll assist with preparing and maintaining multiple short-term rental properties in a day to the highest standards.Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure each guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality support while contributing to memorable guest stays.Duties Assist with thorough cleaning and sanitizing of Airbnb properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Restock essentials such as toiletries, towels, linens, and cleaning supplies to ensure readiness for new guests Perform basic maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs or changing remote control batteries etc.Follow detailed guidelines to ensure all cleaning standards and safety protocols are met consistently Collaborate with the lead cleaner or property manager to report any damages or issues needing attention Help organize cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow and easy access Support the team in maintaining a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across multiple properties Experience Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality support, or property maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues effectively Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring every Airbnb is spotless and welcoming!
