Helping Hands Cleaning Services is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company based in Warrenton, MO. We are looking for dependable, professional, and detail-oriented team members who take pride in their work and enjoy helping others create clean, stress-free homes and workspaces. This is a physically active position that requires reliability, professionalism, teamwork, and strong attention to detail. We are looking for long-term team members who are dependable, communicate well, and are committed to maintaining high cleaning standards in our clients’ homes and businesses. Position Responsibilities Perform detailed residential and commercial cleaning services according to company standards Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and office areas Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and hand-wipe surfaces thoroughly Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning supplies, equipment, and company vehicles Follow assigned schedules, task lists, and cleaning procedures efficiently Communicate professionally with clients and team members during appointments Deliver consistent, high-quality service while working independently or as part of a team Report any client concerns, damages, supply shortages, or maintenance issues promptly Qualifications: Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are REQUIRED Must be able to pass a background check and provide references upon request Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude are non-negotiable Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stand, and perform physical work throughout the day Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Good communication and teamwork skills Must be comfortable working in clients’ homes and businesses Professional cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right dependable candidate What We Offer: Company vehicles during work hours Schedule: Monday–Friday Daytime hours No overnight travel required Pay: $16.50–$20.00 per hour based on experience, reliability, and performance.
