Cleaners We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team.This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in providing high-quality cleaning services, can adapt to varying schedules, and maintains a professional attitude at all times.This position requires someonewho is honest, hardworking, flexible, and able to adapt to a schedule that may range from 10 to 60 hours per week, depending on client needs.Most job sites require 2-3 hours of labor, making proximity to the area important.Responsibilities:Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and general sanitizing of client spaces.Follow all company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members.Follow all instructions and accept direction as needed.Maintain professionalism and respect client privacy at all times.Work independently or as part of a team depending on the assignment.Adhere strictly to the company Dress Code.Avoid phone use while working (emergencies only).Requirements:Honesty and strong work ethic are a must.Flexible availability -- Applicants must be willing to work days, nights, and weekends based on client needs.Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation required.Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory.Ability to work with others as well as independently.Strong communication skills.Must be local or within a reasonable driving distance.Ability to follow instructions and company policies consistently.No personal phone use during work hours except in emergencies.Takes pride in providing high-quality cleaning services Able to manage varying hours and multiple job locations Maintains a positive, professional attitude Will need to pass a Background check and Motor vehicle check..
