Cleaner (Residential & Commercial)

Our team handles everything from post-construction cleanups to routine office maintenance, with a strong focus on detail, reliability, and professionalism. What You’ll Be Doing As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll be responsible for a variety of cleaning services, including: Post-construction cleaning (removing dust, debris, deep cleaning surfaces) Power washing homes, driveways, and exterior surfaces Office and commercial space cleaning Move-in / move-out deep cleans Preschool and daycare sanitation (following proper hygiene standards) Every job is different, so you must be adaptable and ready to work in different environments. Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly Follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols Use cleaning equipment and chemicals properly Work independently or with a team to complete jobs on time Maintain a professional attitude with clients and coworkers Show up on time and ready to work Requirements Previous cleaning experience preferred (but not required) Reliable transportation (REQUIRED) Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Must be dependable and punctual What We Offer Competitive pay with growth opportunities Consistent work for reliable team members or roles Schedule Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed) Flexible shifts depending on job assignments Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Work Location: In person
