Job Posting:Cleaner - Technician (Day Shift, Part-Time) Company:Maug Cleaning, Inc.Location:Eleva, WI Schedule:Monday-Friday 11:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.at one location (20 hours per week) If you are interested in additional hours, please let us know as we can always add additional time or locations to a route to help accommodate.Job Type:Part-Time Rate of Pay:$17.00 per hour Please Note:A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for all Maug Cleaning positions.Please do not apply if this requirement is not met.Position Overview:Maug Cleaning, Inc.is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team at a client facility in Eleva, WI.This position is located in an educational setting and involves working closely with others to ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard.This is a year-round role, but the location transitions to Eau Claire, WI during the summer months when the Eleva facility is not in use.Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, and other shared spaces Follow daily task lists and cleaning protocols Work effectively as part of a team to meet shift goals Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates Maintain professional standards of cleanliness and safety Use proper cleaning equipment and chemicals as trained Stay on schedule and manage time efficiently Qualifications:Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required Ability to work consistently on your feet and lift up to 30 lbs Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check Wages and Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance (30hrs/week) 401(k) retirement plan Aflac supplemental insurance Earned paid time off (PTO) If you enjoy working in a structured team setting and take pride in delivering clean, safe environments, we encourage you to apply and become a part of the Maug Cleaning team!
