Pay:25% per job ($20-$30 per hour) Schedule:Monday-Friday 2-3 days per week between the hours of 8am-6pm.8-12 hours per week.Location:Residential homes in Sevier County and surrounding areas About the Role We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing residential cleaning company.This position involves cleaning private homes while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.This is a part-time W-2 position, with opportunity for increased hours and advancement as the company expands.Job Description Perform residential cleanings according to company standards Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas thoroughly and efficiently Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash Follow checklists to ensure consistent quality Maintain respectful and professional behavior in clients' homes Communicate with the team regarding scheduling, issues, or supply needs Pay Structure 25% of each completed job Most cleaners average $20-$30 per hour depending on job size and efficiency Paid weekly Schedule Monday-Friday daytime hours 8-12 hours per week to start Hours may increase as the client base grows Requirements Reliable transportation to and from the company base location (Seymour, TN) Ability to pass a background check Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and clean for several hours Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently in clients' homes Smartphone for communication and scheduling Must be comfortable working around pets Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Attendance and reliability are strictly required Preferred Experience Residential cleaning Short-term rental or Airbnb turnover cleaning Housekeeping or hospitality experience (Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person.)
