In this energetic role, you will be the frontline ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service quality across multiple client sites.Your proactive approach and keen eye for detail will drive customer satisfaction, uphold our company's reputation, and foster lasting relationships with clients.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to travel between locations, engage with diverse teams, and make a tangible impact on our service excellence.Duties Act as the primary point of contact for clients at various cleaning sites, addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly and professionally Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards meet company and client expectations Provide constructive feedback and coaching to cleaning staff to promote continuous improvement Monitor cleanliness, safety protocols, and operational procedures across multiple locations Assist with general office duties Collaborate with management to develop action plans for service enhancements based on observations and client input Maintain a flexible schedule to efficiently cover assigned sites throughout the workday, ensuring timely service delivery Qualifications Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service standards Ability to travel between multiple locations efficiently; valid driver's license preferred Previous experience in customer service or quality control within the cleaning or facilities management industry is a plus Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities Join us in delivering outstanding cleaning services while providing exceptional customer care!
