Job Overview 94 Property Group LLC is a professional residential and commercial cleaning company serving the West Valley, Arizona area. We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. What You Will Be Cleaning: Workers will be responsible for cleaning single and double story residential homes, commercial offices, retail spaces, and post-construction properties. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, wiping down surfaces, emptying trash, and following our professional cleaning checklist on every job. Pay Workers are paid $100 per house cleaned. The more you clean, the more you earn. Commercial and construction jobs are also available for additional income. Requirements Must have valid and reliable personal transportation Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be dependable, on time, and take pride in their work Must be able to pass a background check Cleaning experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person We have more clients than we can handle and are looking to bring on great people immediately.
