Job OverviewJoin our dynamic cleaning team as a Cleaning Crew Member and become a vital part of maintaining a safe, spotless, and welcoming environment.In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring all designated areas are clean, sanitized, and well-organized.We will be cleaning homes, offices and businesses.Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents Maintain cleanliness of windows, doors, and fixtures to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling procedures in accordance with company policies Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries Report any maintenance issues or damages to supervisors promptly for quick resolution Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to meet organizational standards Qualifications Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours Good communication skills for teamwork and following instructions clearly Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is a plus but not required; training will be provided Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines Join us in creating a pristine environment where everyone feels comfortable and cared for!
