Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Handle custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces Assist with light maintenance duties like minor repairs or reporting larger issues to facilities management Support industrial cleaning projects when required, including deep cleans of large spaces or specialized areas Maintain cleanliness standards by following established procedures and safety guidelines at all times Contribute to facilities maintenance by ensuring equipment is properly stored and maintained for optimal use Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols Knowledge of floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to enhance surface longevity Ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools safely and efficiently Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards as well as residential painting or industrial cleaning is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively Good communication skills for working collaboratively with team members and reporting maintenance needs Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to creating clean, safe environments.
