Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Member to join our team.This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff.The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services in a timely manner.Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to meet health standards Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces as needed Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as assigned Ensure all work areas are left tidy and organized after each shift Qualifications Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods Reliable transportation is a plus for timely arrival at work sites Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals safely Positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role Job Type:Part-time Pay:$18.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Work Location:On the road.
