OverviewWe are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Independent Contractor to provide cleaning services for residential clients.This flexible role offers the opportunity to work independently, set your own schedule, and deliver high-quality cleaning solutions.Ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.As an independent contractor, you will have the autonomy to choose your assignments and manage your workload effectively.Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Use cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently and safely to meet client expectations Follow specific cleaning instructions provided by clients or company guidelines Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in every job Manage your own schedule to complete assigned cleaning tasks within designated timeframes Communicate professionally with clients regarding service needs or concerns Ensure all cleaning tools and supplies are well-maintained and stored properly after use Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation to reach various client locations (nice-to-have) Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus but not required, training will be provided if needed Strong communication skills for professional interaction with clients This role offers flexibility, independence, and the chance to contribute positively to clients' environments through exceptional cleaning services.Job Type:Contract Pay:$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
