Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Specialist to join our team as a STR (Short-Term Rental) cleaner.In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the properties are spotless, welcoming, and maintained to the highest standards.Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create a positive experience for our guests and uphold the reputation of our rental properties.This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic hospitality environment by delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort.Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rental properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces Change linens, make beds, and restock essential supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products Conduct detailed inspections to identify any maintenance issues or damages needing attention Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and debris using appropriate cleaning tools and products Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow Follow established cleaning checklists to guarantee consistency and quality in every turnover Report any safety hazards or repair needs promptly to management for swift resolution Skills Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization Excellent time management skills to complete cleaning tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods Clear communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Prior experience in hospitality or property cleaning is a plus but not required; training will be provided Join us in creating inviting spaces that guests love!
