Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Housekeeper to join our growing team. As our Cleaning Professional, you’ll play a key role in setting the tone, leading by example, and delivering top-quality service to our clients. This is a very physically active role that requires energy, endurance, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas Change bed linens and make beds as requested Replenish cleaning supplies and maintain cleaning equipment Follow company checklists and quality standards for each property Communicate professionally with clients and the Classy Maids team Qualifications Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred (training provided) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Friendly, professional demeanor and a positive attitude Ability to work a physically demanding job Must be self-motivated and able to work efficiently alone, while also contributing positively in a team environment.
