Job Description:Come help BLA Clean care for short term rentals in Crosslake, MN! Since 1989 we have been a locally owned and operated business.Currently we're looking for a day time cleaner at one location in Crosslake that has several short term rental townhomes.The day time cleanings run between 10:30am to 4pm M-F and weekends.BLA Clean is looking to add a few reliable team members to help with the following:Responsibilities:Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in designated short term rentals.Make beds Use a rental app to mark off cleaning tasks for each rental Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply of products Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Dust and wipe down surfaces Clean and sanitize bathrooms Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Care for your work Qualifications (Not required for the right candidate, willing to train):Previous experience in short term rental or similar cleaning roles is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks Ability to handle equipment such as vacuums regularly Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies helpful Ability to operate a cleaning app on your phone Integrity and ability to work independently and as a team Reliable with a strong work ethic High school degree preferred but not necessary Please note:Due to the nature of locations we care for, and their required practices/policies we are unable to offer positions to those with felonies.Job Type:Part-time Pay starts at $19.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Schedule:Day shift 10:30am-4pm, M-F & Weekends Experience:Cleaning:1 year (Preferred) License/Certification:Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location:In person Job Type:Part-time Pay:$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule On-the-job training Paid training Work Location:In person.
