Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floors through proper care techniques like carpet cleaning, polishing, and floor waxing to ensure a pristine appearance Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for clients and staff Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing Follow safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries Qualifications Prior experience in custodial work, residential or commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Familiarity with sanitation standards and proper cleaning products usage Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Basic understanding of laundry procedures and equipment operation is a plus Certification or experience in specialized cleaning areas like carpet cleaning or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into pristine environments!
