Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization. Conduct specialized floor care such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and tile maintenance to keep surfaces looking their best. Handle laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally. Follow safety procedures related to janitorial tasks and use of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment. Manage custodial responsibilities in commercial settings or hotels, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards consistently. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles with a focus on sanitation and hygiene. Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, waxing, and tile maintenance. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Familiarity with laundry procedures and hotel housekeeping management is a plus. Experience with commercial cleaning environments or hospitality settings is highly desirable. Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols to prevent accidents or health hazards.
