We are looking for a meticulous, energetic, and reliable Cleaning Specialist to join our team.If you're the kind of person who gets a strange sense of satisfaction from a perfectly vacuumed carpet or a streak-free mirror, we want to talk to you.We handle everything from cozy apartments to high-traffic office buildings, so you'll need to be a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to grime.Your Daily Mission You won't just be cleaning; you'll be transforming spaces.Your responsibilities will fall into three main buckets:1.Standard Residential Cleaning Maintaining the heart of the home:kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal.Keeping things tidy and welcoming for our recurring clients.2.Residential Deep Cleaning Tackling the stuff people usually ignore:baseboards, inside ovens/fridges, and window tracks.Scrubbing grout and removing heavy soap scum or limescale.Detailed dusting of light fixtures, vents, and behind furniture.3.Commercial Cleaning Ensuring office spaces, breakrooms, and lobbies are professional and sanitized.Sanitizing high-touch surfaces (door handles, elevator buttons, etc.).Managing larger-scale trash removal and floor care in a business environment.What You Bring to the Table The Eagle Eye:You notice the dust bunny hiding under the sofa that everyone else missed.Physical Stamina:This is a workout! You should be comfortable being on your feet, lifting up to 25 lbs, and moving constantly.Trustworthiness:You'll be in people's private homes and secure offices.Integrity is non-negotiable.Reliable Transport:You need a way to get to various job sites on time.Communication:You're friendly, professional, and can follow specific client checklists without breaking a sweat.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$20.05 - $30.00 per hour Experience:Professional cleaning:1 year (Preferred) Language:English (Required) Ability to Commute:Tampa, FL 33609 (Required) Work Location:In person.
