Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at a residential apartment communities.This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of common areas, apartment units, and exterior grounds.The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong time management skills, and contributes to a positive living environment for residents.Key Responsibilities:Clean and maintain interior common areas including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces Perform unit turns by preparing vacant apartments for new residents (cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, etc.) Assist with exterior grounds upkeep, including trash removal, debris pickup, and general property appearance Perform light lawn maintenance such as trimming, edging, and basic landscaping as needed Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is properly maintained Follow all safety procedures and company standards Report maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly Qualifications:Previous cleaning, janitorial, or property maintenance experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to manage time efficiently and complete tasks within deadlines Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Setting:Residential This Company Describes Its Culture as:Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused Pay Frequency:Bi weekly or Twice monthly Typical end time:4:30PM Typical start time:8AM Work Remotely No Pay:$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance License/Certification:Driver's License (Preferred) Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
