Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Staff Member to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces to meet health standards Dispose of trash and replace liners regularly to maintain cleanliness Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies during cleaning procedures Skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies Excellent communication skills for team coordination and reporting issues Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is a plus but not required; training will be provided Reliable transportation is provided for timely arrival at work sites This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean and safe environment while developing valuable skills in facility maintenance.We value punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all team members.Pay:$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule On-the-job training Paid training Work Location:In person.
