Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team.The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in various settings, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming.This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Job pays per project not hour.Wage depends on each individuals own performance Normal hours are 10 am - 4 pm.Would like someone who would be motivated to move up positions.Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including restrooms, kitchens, patios, property border and common areas.Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment.Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.Restock supplies as needed to ensure all areas are well-equipped.Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Must be able to complete all duties on check list.Qualifications Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Have your own reliable transportation.Have great time management skills.Must be available to work every Sunday and Monday as Sundays and Mondays are MANDATORY.Must be available to work Saturdays.We try to get everyone off every other weekend.June, July and August must be available every Saturday.Must be able to work Holidays except Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day Join our team as a Cleaner and contribute to creating a high quality clean and inviting atmosphere for everyone!
