Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial settings.This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, providing a welcoming atmosphere for clients and guests.Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.ensuring all items are clean and well-maintained.Conduct cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of various surfaces.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and responding to feedback promptly.Assist in housekeeping management duties, ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.Maintain records of cleaning tasks completed and report any maintenance issues to management.Requirements Previous experience in cleaning, residential cleaning, or commercial cleaning is preferred.Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every task performed.Join our team as a Cleaner and contribute to creating clean and inviting spaces for our clients!
