Duties: Perform routine cleaning and sanitation services for residential homes, offices, commercial buildings, and other client properties. Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces according to company standards and client expectations. Clean restrooms, kitchens, common areas, windows, and floors using appropriate cleaning products and equipment. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers, and other cleaning tools safely and effectively. Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when inventory or equipment maintenance is needed. Follow company safety procedures and proper handling guidelines for cleaning chemicals and equipment. Remove trash, recyclables, and debris while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing concerns promptly. Document completed work assignments and report any damages, maintenance issues, or special cleaning needs to management. Assist with deep cleaning projects, move-in/move-out cleanings, and post-construction cleaning services as needed. Experience: Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training may be provided for motivated candidates. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and safe chemical handling practices. Ability to use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are highly desirable. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude when interacting with clients and team members. Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the workday.
