Cleaning Technician

Cleaning Tech Duties Perform industrial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as hallways and lobbies- Operate cleaning equipment, such as buffing machines, as needed- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacement or minor repairs- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary Qualifications: Previous experience as a janitor or in a similar role preferred- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks- Excellent time management skills to prioritize work effectively Note:This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.Duties and responsibilities may be subject to change based on organizational needs.Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience to be considered for this position.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$16.00 - $16.50 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Paid training Work Location:In person.
