About Nroute Facility Services Nroute Facility Services provides professional commercial janitorial and facility maintenance services to banks, office buildings, and retail facilities across Florida.Due to the recent award of new contracts, we are expanding our team and seeking dependable Cleaning Technicians to maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.? Position Summary The Cleaning Technician I is responsible for performing routine commercial cleaning services at assigned facilities in accordance with company standards and client job scope.This entry-level, part-time position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently.? Essential Duties & Responsibilities Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Vacuum carpets and entry mats Sweep and mop hard floors Dust and wipe work surfaces, furniture, baseboards, and office equipment Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and fixtures Restock paper products and hand soap Clean glass doors and interior surfaces Clean break areas including tables, counters, microwaves, refrigerators, and cabinets Perform periodic high dusting of vents, blinds, and hard-to-reach areas Follow cleaning schedules and company procedures Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely Maintain professional appearance and work quality standards Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor ? Minimum Qualifications Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and follow instructions Reliable transportation to assigned location Ability to work evening or after-hours shifts Strong attention to detail Dependable and professional work ethic ? Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks Comfortable working indoors for extended periods Reasonable accommodations may be made in accordance with applicable laws.?
