Locations Stone Mountain, GA Alpharetta, GA Marietta, GA Brookhaven, GA Decatur, GA Avondale Estates, GA Roswell, GA Smyrna, GA Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial, residential, and industrial spaces using appropriate tools and techniques Execute janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold high hygiene standards Conduct specialized floor care including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance Assist with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep to support overall cleanliness and safety Operate cleaning machinery responsibly while adhering to safety protocols for industrial cleaning and custodial tasks Support porter duties by managing supply inventories, restocking cleaning supplies, and ensuring all areas are consistently maintained Collaborate with team members to develop efficient cleaning schedules and ensure all areas meet cleanliness benchmarks Pay Rate & Hours Starting pay is $20 per hour (3-4 days a week) Pay Day is every Friday, usually before 9am ( WEEK IN THE HOLE REQUIREMENT AT START) Typical schedule is 20–25 hours per week Hours may vary depending on daily workload, client bookings, and cleaning needs Most shifts require an availability to arrive at 8:00 am. Some shifts, especially event venue cleanings, may require availability between 11:00 PM and 2:00 AM Late-night event cleanings are usually short shifts and typically only take a few hours to complete This position is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who can adapt to changing workloads and occasional late-night assignments Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or industrial environments Knowledge of floor care procedures including buffing, stripping, sealing, and maintenance techniques Familiarity with residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively in busy settings Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift heavy supplies when necessary Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly within a team environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your expertise transforms spaces into spotless showcases!
