Cleanroom Manufacturing Associate Location:Clinton, PA, 15026 Schedule:Monday-Friday; 1st shift:6:30 AM - 3:00 PM -$18.75-$19.50 per hour 2nd shift:2:30pm-11:00pm - $19.50-$20.30 per hour 3rd shift:10:30pm-7:00am - $19.75-$21.00 per hour Location:Clinton, PA, 15026 Overview The Cleanroom Manufacturing Associate supports the production of high-quality medical devices in a regulated cleanroom environment.This role operates manufacturing equipment, maintains compliant documentation, and follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and FDA/ISO standards while contributing to a safe, lean, and team-oriented workplace.Job Description Manufacturing & Delivery Load automatic hoppers and monitor material levels to prevent production interruptions.Assemble components and subassemblies per work instructions.Execute molding activities, including proper packaging and completion of GDP paperwork.Operate production equipment and resolve basic HMI faults; escalate issues as needed.Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas.Continuous Improvement Participate in lean initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and QEK.Complete required lean training for associate level.Work Environment & Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Lift or move up to 25 lbs.as needed.Wear full cleanroom attire (gown, mask, gloves) for prolonged periods.Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to meet goals.Required Skills Prior manufacturing or production experience (preferred).Basic familiarity with HMI systems (a plus).Understanding of cleanroom procedures (a plus).Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain documentation accuracy.Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required.Benefits (employee contribution):Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Rate of pay within the stated range will depend on the qualification of the applicant.INDTS Job Types:Full-time, Contract Pay:$18.75 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
