OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Assistant to join our dynamic office team.This role is essential in supporting daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining efficient office workflows.The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience with office management tools.Bilingual proficiency and familiarity with medical or dental reception are a plus.This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and clients with professional phone etiquette Operate multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries and direct calls appropriately Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and maintaining office calendars Support bookkeeping activities and basic office management functions Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and support documentation processes Maintain organized records for easy retrieval and compliance purposes Support personal assistant tasks as needed, including travel arrangements or special projects Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Strong typing skills along with good proofreading capabilities Prior experience in medical or dental reception, or administrative support roles is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with office management practices, filing systems, and customer service principles This position is integral to maintaining an organized, professional office environment where excellent communication and administrative skills are essential for success.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$24.17 - $29.11 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location:In person.
