We are looking for a Licensed Attorney who loves the "art of the deal" and prefers the results-driven world of business development over the grind of billable hours and litigation. You will be the face of the firm for new clients, using your legal expertise to build trust and your sales instincts to close deals. Candidate Profile Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Legal Credentials: Hold a J.D. and an active license to practice law in a US state. Legal Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law. Sales Track Record: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales with a history of hitting performance quotas. CRM Proficiency: Minimum of 1 year of daily professional experience using HubSpot (or similar CRMs) for pipeline management. Communication: Demonstrated ability to translate complex healthcare law into actionable value propositions for prospective clients. Nice-to-Have Attributes Specific Licensure: Active license to practice law in Minnesota or California. Geography: Physical residence near San Diego, CA or the Twin Cities, MN. AI Literacy: Experience using AI and comfort with prompting for AI-assisted tasks. Market
