Sales Manager \ Client Advisor Pay: $80,000 – $120,000+ per year (Base + Commission) ABOUT US At Appearance Solutions , we are Sacramento's premier destination for automotive protection and enhancement. We specialize in protecting and enhancing vehicles with expert services, including Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coatings, and Ceramic Window Tinting. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Position Overview Appearance Solutions is seeking a motivated Automotive Client Advisor to join our growing team. This role focuses on converting inbound leads into customers while also developing long-term partnerships within the local automotive community. Most of your opportunities will come from marketing-generated leads, including website inquiries, Yelp messages, and phone calls. Your primary responsibility will be to promptly follow up with these prospects, educate them on our services, and guide them through the process of selecting the best options for their needs and scheduling their service(s). This role will also involve developing relationships within the local automotive community to help generate additional opportunities and long-term partnerships. This is a performance-driven sales role with a competitive commission structure designed to reward consistent closers and relationship builders. KEY RESPONSIBILITES and QUALIFICATIONS: Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound inquiries generated through marketing channels, including website submissions, online platforms, and phone calls. Consult with vehicle owners to understand their needs and recommend the most appropriate protection and appearance solutions for their vehicle. Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments and confirmed installations through clear communication and strong follow-up. Educate customers on our vehicle protection services, including Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coatings, Window Tint, Paint Correction, and professional detailing services. Provide accurate estimates, explain service packages, and help clients select the best solution(s) based on their goals and budget. Maintain organized records of leads, follow-ups, estimates, and customer interactions within the company CRM system. Follow up consistently with prospects and past clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with past and current clients to support long-term customer loyalty. Contribute to building relationships within the local automotive community to support business growth and partnership opportunities. Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service that reflects the premium standards of Appearance Solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, account management, customer service, or business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Ability to confidently present services, explain options clearly, and guide customers through purchasing decisions. Experience using CRM systems to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain organized customer records. Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline of leads and consistently follow up with prospects. Strong organization and time management skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment with defined goals and targets. Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required; candidates with a passion for cars and vehicle appearance are strongly encouraged to apply.
