Client Coordination Assistant — Hiring We are supporting a partner company in identifying a Client Coordination Assistant to help manage client relationships and support smooth execution of operational tasks. This role is suited for someone who can balance communication, organization, and consistency in a dynamic environment. What you will be working on Supporting communication with clients across channels Managing follow-ups and ensuring timely responses Coordinating internal teams based on client needs Maintaining accurate and structured client records Assisting with scheduling and task tracking Supporting overall client experience and satisfaction What we are looking for Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accountability Comfortable working with CRM or tracking tools Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Ability to work independently in a remote setup Work format Full-time Remote or Freelance Applications are reviewed as they are received.
