Role Description We are seeking a proactive and organized Client Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position at our Lincolnwood, IL office. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day client interactions, ensure exceptional customer service, and coordinate projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include managing client correspondence, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records, scheduling, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals. This position requires effective communication and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to support client needs successfully. Qualifications Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to build and maintain strong client relationships Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams Exceptional Organization Skills to manage schedules, track project progress, and handle multiple priorities Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and solve problems proactively Experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role is a plus Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is advantageous A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
