Sager Electronics seeks a Desktop Service Technician to support our dynamic IT & Technical Support team. In this role, you’ll deliver hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient end-user computing. Responsibilities include imaging and deploying devices, installing and maintaining Windows and standard applications, resolving hardware/software and basic network issues, and documenting work in a ticketing system. You’ll collaborate closely with a knowledgeable IT team, contributing to process improvements and helping drive Sager’s culture of innovation and operational excellence.
