Client Development & Intake Manager Location: Norwalk, CT 06855 Pay Rate: $75000.00-80000.00 Full-time (35-40 hours) Skills: basic Microsoft Office. Experience with using CRMs. (For instance, they use Monday.com.) Google Sheets or similar tools to track sales efforts. The Community Relations Manager is a business development, marketing, and public relations role responsible for the following: Outreach & Networking: Contacting nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, senior centers, doctors' offices, and churches to build relationships and drop off brochures. Lead Generation: Identifying key contacts at relevant organizations to generate new referrals. Sales Tracking: Tracking outreach efforts, appointments, and inquiries using Google Sheets or similar tools. Follow-up: Maintaining consistent communication with senior care professionals and families regarding potential clients. Event Participation: Attending evening and weekend networking events to represent the company. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 2-5 years of relevant sales experience. Skills: Strong phone communication, self-motivation, and organizational skills. Transportation: Ability to work in the field and drive to sales calls, events, etc. Work Style: Comfortable working independently and remotely.
