Client & Marketing Coordinator Exxpress Roofing is looking for a motivated, people-oriented, and organized person to help us grow the retail side of our company. This is a flexible hybrid role focused on client communication, marketing support, content creation, relationship building, and helping improve the overall customer experience. We are a growing San Antonio-based roofing company specializing in retail roofing, standing seam metal roofing, and expanding home services. This is NOT a sit-behind-the-desk office job. We’re looking for someone comfortable communicating with homeowners, being involved around active projects, helping create content, and contributing ideas as the company continues to grow. Responsibilities may include Following up with past clients Requesting reviews and referrals Helping organize and upload project photos/videos Assisting with social media content and posting Helping create marketing videos and content Comfortable appearing in videos and not camera shy Helping with contractor outreach and relationship building Light field marketing and soft canvassing around active projects Assisting with client communication and scheduling Organizing job folders, receipts, and simple spreadsheets What we’re looking for Strong communication and people skills Organized, self-motivated, and dependable Comfortable talking with homeowners and contractors Comfortable on camera Not afraid of heights (occasional roof access/photo help) Positive attitude and open to learning and growing with the company Must have reliable transportation Bilingual is a plus Experience in construction, roofing, real estate, remodeling, property management, home services, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries is strongly preferred. This role involves occasional jobsite visits and working around active construction projects, so being comfortable in those environments is important. You do not need roofing experience for this role. We’re more interested in personality, communication, initiative, creativity, and willingness to learn. We’re not a large corporate company — we’re a growing hands-on business looking for the right person to grow alongside us. Pay Hourly + performance bonuses based on contribution, referrals, reviews, marketing growth, and overall support to the company. Pay: From $18.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
