The Opportunity: You will be the "engine" of Diamond Signs & Graphics, leading our most important client projects from initial concept to final installation. You’ll work directly with our team, receiving the mentorship and industry knowledge needed to become a top-tier project leader in the branding and signage space. This position ensures that daily office operations run smoothly and that project deliverables remain on schedule. What You’ll Do: Architect the Client Journey: Manage all project efforts, ensuring clients are informed and delighted at every milestone. Drive Execution: Coordinate with our production and purchasing teams to source components and keep schedules on track. Navigate Complexity: Manage municipal permitting and technical requirements to ensure every project is compliant and perfect. Client Relationship Management: Ensure all company contacts and client interactions are accurately recorded and updated within our customer relationship management system . Proposal Generation: Prepare and send detailed project proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy in scope and pricing. Fuel Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our impact within existing client accounts. Must-Haves: Passion for Excellence: A track record of elite communication, organization, and decision-making. Humility & Grit: A willingness to do the "little things" right while never losing sight of the big picture. Ownership: You are a "missionary," not a "mercenary"—you care about the result as much as the client does. Details: 2+ years of project or account management experience. Brownie Points: Associate’s degree or Higher Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with CRM software. Ability to read and understand project specifications and technical drawings a plus. Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer service orientation. Familiarity with municipal permitting processes is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace or similar productivity tools .
